"I have been a customer here for years. They have always been there help everytime I have needed them. Most recently, Holly helped me get to the bottom of a bill issue that between her looking into it and me calling the corporate bill department to despite it. We got State Farm billing and automotive department attention. The flaw was a update to billing software and a 3 month back log/computing problem in the policy department. So all is back good. And a BIG THANKS to Holly and Everyone at Lee English Office"

"Seems like everyone is having a good experience except for me. After all of the YEARS I've been with State Farm with no late payments, claims, or accidents, I'd think my payments would decrease. But, nooooo. There's an increase in every pay period."

"After being with an insurance company for a number of years, I recently changed my insurance to Lee English Jr. State Farm Agency in Ripley, TN. "I’ve been a customer of State Farm Lee English for years. They always treat you right and try to get you the best deal with your insurance. "Everyone is wonderful there especially Holly. My only complaint is the constant rising prices, no tickets or accidents but $20 rising monthly is getting old! I always get told its the cost of parts. Can't be that every month otherwise I need to get rid of my vehicle."
